It is a place of Christian faith according to the Church’s diverse expressions of prayer, which emphasize devotion to Saint Joseph. It offers a space of silence, prayer, and peace encouraging openness to the mystery of God. Founded in 1904 by Brother André, Congregation of the Holy Cross, it is administered by the Canadian province of the Congregation of the Holy Cross.
