Heritage: tensions between the City and the diocese, John Porter “disillusioned”
John Porter has had enough of the time that goes by without the future of Quebec's heritage churches being assured. Two years after tabling his report on the preservation of religious heritage, he denounced the impasse in negotiations between the City of Quebec and the Catholic Church for the creation of a trust.
