Death of architect Frédérick Dawson
As an architect, one of his proudest accomplishments was designing the Notre-Dame-de-Pompei Catholic Church on Sauvé St.
Dawson has the distinction of being the only architect to have designed two pavilions for the Expo 67 World Fair in Montreal: for Trinidad and Tobago and Mauritius.
The artist also drew for The Gazette newspaper.
