More than $10M to give a new vocation to heritage religious buildings

The Minister of Culture and Communications, Mrs. Nathalie Roy, confirms the granting of $10,259,756 for the development and realization of 22 projects for the requalification of heritage places of worship.

12 projects will receive total support of $238,578 under component 1 – project incubators. In addition, 10 other projects will benefit from financial assistance dedicated to the transformation of heritage places of worship into new uses that meet the needs of the community.
