Religious Heritage Days

Religious Heritage Days, an annual event, aims to open the doors of religious heritage buildings from different periods of construction, allowing people to get to know and appreciate them.

Registration is open to sites from all religious traditions, including sites that have undergone transformations, as well as to those that allow visitors to discover the religious diversity that enlivens Québec today.

Sites register on a voluntary basis and are expected to offer access to visitors free of charge (donations can be collected on site).

2020 Edition

The third edition of the event will be the first to take place across the entire province of Québec. It will be held on Saturday September 12th and Sunday September 13th, 2020, In the context of the collective effort to counter the spread of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19), the event will take place in compliance with public health rules and sites’ capacity to welcome visitors.
