2020 Edition Winner - Volunteer Prize

Ghislain Roy is a man who loves a challenge, and the restoration of the Amos Cathedral in Abitibi was an opportunity for him to surpass his own limits. Without his energy and passion, the Fondation Héritage Cathédrale d’Amos would not be celebrating the success of its largest fundraising campaign since its inception, with almost 2 M$ raised. While important restoration work is foreseen for the cathedral, the perennial legacy of this place of worship is assured.
